Machining
Our comprehensive CNC Machine shop includes turning centres up to 640mm diameter and up to 3m between centres. All turning centres have C axis milling and drilling capability. With our new Hyundai 400 we can machine up to 115mm diameter through the head. We also have a range of CNC vertical machining centres for more complex milling tasks. CNC programming is done off line using the latest SolidCAM software within Solid Works CAD system. Drawing and technical information is provided directly to the machines from a central server and can be viewed using iPads mounted to the machines. In process quality checks are performed by fully qualified operators.
