Assembly & TEST
We have a Large Assembly Shop with overhead crane facility. Most assemblies are assembled in bespoke fixtures to enable handling without damage. We have a mezzanine area for the assembly of small parts and sub-assemblies.
All hydraulic cylinder assemblies are 100% tested to 1.5 times working pressure or to a specific pressure stipulated by the customer. We endeavour to maintain our test rigs to ISO 4406: 1999 Class 16/13 NAF class 7 maintained by 3 micron offline and online filtration throughout. Our latest rig is computer controlled utilising a twin bed which allows the operator to load and unload during the test cycle. This dramatically reduces the test time.
